The IQ Charge-off application provides an automated system for collecting and recording payments received on deposit accounts, as well as a system for loan write-downs and charge-offs.

The system generates bills, reflecting the total loan to be collected, and if possible, past due interest. In addition, the software provides an automated method of tracking past due accounts even after they no longer reside on your core banking system.

The system will balance the recoveries and charge-offs to your loan loss reserve account, and provide excellent accounting of all transactions.
